I contracted with Zaring Septic Service to pump my septic tank on December 19, 2002. Your employee Jude (I do not have his last name) was the service technician. I wish to commend him for the professional manner in which he conducted his work. At best this is a very difficult task and to complicate matters it rained all day. Not only did Jude complete his work efficiently and in good spirits, he also pointed out some minor faults with my system and attempted to correct them.

Jack Brown just left Pinecrest after making a service run to diagnose a backed up toilet problem. I am writing to commend the professionalism and efforts of your service technicians, Jack and Johnnie, who recently came to my home and performed drainage service on my septic system. I have owned my house in Anchorage for five years and have not had previous experience with septic system. Your employees were courteous and answered my questions patiently and clearly. Jack assisted me in locating the septic tank and the lateral diverter valve, then accomplished switching the lateral system. 

As we approach the spring high water season, I now have peace of mind that my septic system will not foul our beautiful streams and creeks here in Anchorage. Your firm provides a valuable service which is easy to overlook until problems occur, but quite vital to the health and safety of our community.

Confirming our telephone conversation this morning, I want to commend Donny Oldson for his fine work at our home earlier today. As your files will show, I have had our septic system pumped on a regular basis over quite a few years, and all the Zaring Septic Service driver/operators have been good—Donny ranks at the top of the list as far as I'm concerned.

I was quite impressed with his skill in backing up the truck on our narrow driveway in only one pass. He worked very diligently and professionally, got the job done, quickly handled the paperwork and was on his way. I hear that our sewer connections in our little sixth-class city are at least a year and a half away, so you'll be hearing from me again.
